IndiaThis Adjustable Base is AMAZING. The quality build and ease of assembly is great and the price was better than any other I've seen online or in store. The adjustable base is fantastic to sleep on. I woke up the first morning with a smile on my face feeling well rested. As I am getting accustomed to the adjustable base, I've stopped using any pillow, I just raise the head end slightly and sleep great, no neck or back discomfort for me anymore. The massage units (that I did not think I would use) are nice and work surprisingly well (not like the old stick a quarter in the box on a motel bed at all), with a variety of settings. For now 5 stars is simply not enough to describe how happy I am with it.
IndiaI am so glad I ordered it! my bed arrived as promised and in perfect condition. Assembly was very easy, really don't need much instruction to do this. It took me almost exactly one hour to have it completely assembled and in place with the mattress on it. This is the first adjustable bed I've owned and I love so much! It works exactly as advertised, the remote works perfectly and I did not have to pair it with the bed. I didn't use the batteries that came with it, I installed Duracell batteries instead. All of the legs went right on with no issue and are straight. It is heavy so having someone to help turn it over would have been nice, but, I was able to do it by myself. The message units work although I don't really used them. I also have not used the USB charging ports . I really have nothing bad to say about this bed, from delivery to assembly to sleeping on it went smoothly and it works as well as I would expect one to. If you're on the fence about buying this......DO IT!!! You will love it!
IndiaThis one does the trick. Quiet operation, easy remote and extra range of movement. Quality! EXTRA FAVORITE FEATURE that no one mentioned: Raise both the head and foot up all the way when you're not on it and the mattress comes up to chest level. It makes it super easy to change your linens or make your bed.
IndiaWhen my adult children put the bed together, it did not work! They checked wires here and checked wires there! It seemed that there was no way that it was getting electricity as the remote would do nothing. All the appropriate green lights were on, even the USB Port! Later after giving up for awhile, my son checked a You Tube Video and the remote had to be "Paired!" Thanks to his tenacity, the bed is now working properly!
IndiaLove my adjustable bed frame. Although it was very simple to put together, my sister and I were able to do it, the bed did not work when we finished and we thought we had done something wrong. So, I had to wait for a few days for my brother in law to come home only to have the same problem when he put it together. He called the company and explained the problems we were encountering and they sent a new remote control and power box which he hooked up and it now works great. So, although I love it and am glad it is working, it is upsetting that they would send out parts that didn't work; it almost seems like quality control was lacking. In addition, it took them better than a week to get the replacement parts to me. So, I just hope it continues to work well and there are no further problems. Fingers crossed. However, if you don't mind a few bumps in the road getting started, the adjustable bed frame is wonderful. I don't know how I lived without it.
